Thanks for stopping in. The Owen County Humane Society is a no-kill shelter. We love all our animals and we do all we can to save even the sickest of them. We would like to extend an open invitation to all who would like to stop by and visit us. We are at 2014 Ramona Road in Spencer, Indiana. We are open Tue.&Thur. 8-6(call first to make sure someone will be here past 4), and Fri.,Sat., Sun., and Wed. 8-4. We are a receiving only facility, we cannot come out and pick animals up. We strongly encourage everyone to attend the County Commisioners meetings and let them know that we all need an animal control officer in our county!
